How these terms apply
- These terms take effect when you pay for a plan at checkout, and continue until your plan ends.

- Set up by us on your phone and your computer.
- If you already have email elsewhere, we migrate your existing email, contacts and calendar into the new mailbox.
- Additional mailboxes are available as an add-on.
Google Business Profile
- We claim or create your profile, complete every section, and verify it.
- Verification is Google’s process. It may require a code posted to your business address, or a video of your premises recorded by you. Google may decline or suspend a profile at its own discretion, and we cannot override that decision.
- Once the profile is live, we keep your opening hours current and add photos you supply.
- We provide a message you can send to customers to request a review. We do not write or purchase reviews.
Facebook and Instagram
- A Facebook page and an Instagram business profile, set up with your business name, logo, photos, hours, contact details and a link to your website.
- Meta requires a personal Facebook account to hold a page, so you will need one.
- We keep the details current.
- Posting content is not included and is available as an add-on.
Listing details
- We keep your business name, address and phone number consistent across your website, your Google profile and your social profiles.
- When you notify us of a change, we update all of them.
Not included in Get Found
- Online stores, bookings, social posting, advertising and search engine optimisation.
- Mailboxes or pages beyond those listed.
Some of these are available as add-ons. See the pricing page.
What counts as a page
- A page is a content page of your website: for example your home page, an about page, a service page, or a page for an area you cover.
- Utility pages do not count towards your limit and are included on both plans. Utility pages are the standard pages every website requires: the terms and privacy policy, the confirmation page shown after a form is submitted, the page not found message, and similar pages.
- A template that displays many entries, such as a blog and the layout for its posts, counts as one page.
Changes and add-ons
-
A content change to words, prices, hours, photos or services, on your site or your listings: included, and usually completed within one business day.
-
A new page: an add-on, charged per page. We agree a timeframe with you first.
-
An online store, bookings, or another new feature: quoted. We scope the work with you and provide a timeframe and a price before we start.
-
A redesign of your site: scoped and quoted.
-
Add-ons are charged per month on top of your plan and are listed on the pricing page.
-
Add-ons can be added or removed at any time by contacting us. A removed add-on stops at your next billing date.
Photos, logo and images
- Your photos and your logo are supplied by you. We resize and adjust them for the site.
- If you do not have photos, we create images for your site using AI image tools.
- You approve any image we create before it goes live.
- Images we create are not photographs of your business and are not exclusive to you. You may use them on your own site and marketing.
Credit
- Your website carries a small “Built by Crsp” link in the footer.
- We remove it on request.
Getting started
- You choose a plan on the pricing page and pay by card.
- On the same business day, we contact you to learn about your business, collect your logo, a few photos and the basic information about what you do, and discuss how you would like the site to look.
- Once we have those, the 7 business day clock starts.
- We build the site and send you a link to review it.
- You tell us what to change, and we make the changes.
- When you approve the site, we make it live.
- On Get Found, we set up your email, Google Business Profile and social profiles alongside the site. Google’s verification and Meta’s account checks run on their own timelines.
If you already have a website, it stays live until the new one is ready. If you already have a domain, we either move it across or point it at the new site, whichever suits you.
Fees
-
Get Online: $99 a month, or $1,068 a year (a saving of $120).
-
Get Found: $199 a month, or $2,148 a year (a saving of $240).
-
Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. GST is added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice.
-
There is no setup fee. On Get Found, the early handover fee applies if you leave the plan within the first 6 months.
-
You receive a tax invoice by email for every payment.
Monthly plans
- Charged to your card on the day you sign up, and on the same date each month after that.
- No minimum term.
Yearly plans
- Paid upfront for twelve months, at the discount shown above.
- Renews automatically for a further year at the end of the term, at the price then in force.
- We email you at least 30 days before the renewal date. If you cancel before that date, nothing further is charged.
Price changes
- We may change our prices with at least 30 days notice in writing.
- A change never applies within a yearly period you have already paid for.
- If you do not accept a change to a monthly plan, you may cancel before it takes effect.
Online in 7 business days guarantee
- The guarantee. Your website is live within 7 business days, or your first month is free.
- When the clock starts. The day we have your logo, a few photos and the basic information about what you do.
- What pauses the clock. Time spent waiting on you for content, decisions or approval, and time spent on changes you request after reviewing the site (see Your responsibilities).
- What the guarantee covers. Your website going live. It does not cover Google’s verification of your Business Profile or Meta’s checks on your social accounts, which run on their own timelines.
- If we miss it. On a monthly plan, one month’s fee is credited. On a yearly plan, one twelfth of the yearly fee is credited.
- What it does not apply to. Redesigns, new pages and other work added after your site is live.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] or calling 1300 800 358. There is no cancellation fee and no form to complete.
On a monthly plan
- Your plan ends at the end of the month you have paid for.
- Nothing further is charged.
- The current month is not refunded.
- Your site stays live until your plan ends.
On a yearly plan
- Your plan ends at the end of the year you have paid for.
- Nothing further is charged.
- The remaining months are not refunded, because the yearly fee is discounted on the basis that it is paid for the full year.
- Your site stays live until your plan ends.
Early handover fee on Get Found
Get Found includes setting up your business email, Google Business Profile and Facebook and Instagram profiles at no upfront charge. That work is priced on the basis that the plan runs for at least 6 months.
- If you cancel Get Found within the first 6 months of the plan, an early handover fee of $499 applies. There is no downgrade in that time, so leaving the plan for Get Online counts as a cancellation (see Changing plans).
- The fee covers the email migration, the Google verification and the social setup already completed.
- It is charged to the card on file when the cancellation takes effect, and is shown on a tax invoice.
- Once it is paid, we transfer your email and hand over your Google Business Profile and social profiles as set out under Ownership.
- If it is not paid, the accounts are not handed over. Your mailbox is closed 30 days after your plan ends and its contents are deleted. The fee remains payable.
- The fee does not apply after 6 months on Get Found, on a yearly Get Found plan (the year is already paid), if you cancel within the first 7 days (where only our actual costs are deducted), or if we end the agreement for our own reasons.
Cancelling within the first 7 days
- If you cancel within 7 days of signing up and we have not started building, we refund you in full.
- If we have already registered your domain or set up your email, we deduct our cost of those and refund the balance. The domain remains yours.
Refunds otherwise
Apart from the first 7 days, we do not refund a month or a year once it has started, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires us to.
What happens after your plan ends
- Your site is taken down.
- Your domain remains registered to you. We provide the transfer code, or point the domain wherever you direct, within 5 business days.
- On Get Found, we transfer your email, Google Business Profile and social profiles into your control, as set out under Ownership. Within the first 6 months of the plan, the early handover fee applies first.
- We keep a backup of your site for 30 days. During that time you may buy the site, or return to a plan and we restore it.
- After 30 days the backup is deleted. If you return later we may still be able to rebuild the site from our records, but we cannot guarantee it.
Changing plans
- Moving up from Get Online to Get Found: at any time. Contact us, we discuss what you need, and the new plan starts once the additional services are set up. Your billing changes to the new price from that date.
- Moving down from Get Found to Get Online: available after 6 months on Get Found, and takes effect at your next billing date. Your site is reduced to one page, and your email, Google profile and social profiles are handed over to you as set out under Ownership.
- Within the first 6 months of Get Found there is no downgrade. Leaving Get Found in that time is a cancellation, the early handover fee applies, and you may then start a Get Online plan.
Ownership
In summary: your domain, your content, your email, your Google profile and your social profiles are yours, and go with you if you leave. The website itself remains ours while you are on a plan, and is taken down when the plan ends unless you buy it. If you leave Get Found within its first 6 months, the early handover fee applies before the email and profiles are handed over. The detail follows.
Your domain name
- It is registered in your business name, with you as the registrant, from the day it is registered.
- If you leave, we provide the transfer code and help you move it, at no charge.
Your content
- Your words, your photos, your logo and your customer details are yours.
- You may have a copy at any time.
The website
- The website is built, hosted and maintained by us, and stays live for as long as you are on a plan.
- While you are on a plan it is licensed to you, not sold to you.
Buying the website outright
- You may buy the website for $999 at any time.
- We provide a complete copy of the site as it stands and move it to the hosting provider of your choice.
- Any paid software licences we use to build and run sites remain with us, so your new provider may need to obtain their own.
- After the purchase the site is yours to keep and to change as you wish, and our support for it ends.
If you do not buy the website
- The website is taken down at the end of the period you have paid for.
- We keep a backup for 30 days, and you may still buy the site during that time.
Your email, Google listing and social profiles
- These are set up in your business name and belong to you. While you are on a plan we manage them for you.
- If you leave, we transfer your business email and its contents into your control, and hand over your Google Business Profile and Facebook and Instagram profiles. Within the first 6 months of Get Found, this follows payment of the early handover fee.
- Once they are handed over, maintaining them is your responsibility, or your new provider’s.
Our materials
- We retain the general techniques, code and templates our work is built from.
- We may show your website in our portfolio, unless you ask us not to.
Your responsibilities
- Provide the content, images and information we request, within a reasonable time.
- Confirm that you own, or are permitted to use, anything you provide to us.
- Provide access to any existing website, domain, Google or social accounts we need to do the work.
- Nominate someone who can make decisions and answer our questions.
If we are held up waiting on you, timelines extend, the 7 business day clock pauses, and your plan continues to bill as normal.
Support
- How to reach us: [email protected] or 1300 800 358.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm Sydney time, excluding public holidays.
- Outside those hours: email us and we respond on the next business day.
- Turnaround: what counts as a change, and how quickly it is completed, is set out under Changes and add-ons.
Acceptable use
Your website and the accounts we set up for you must not be used:
- for anything unlawful;
- for anything misleading or deceptive;
- for anything that infringes another person’s rights, including copyright and trade marks;
- to send unsolicited bulk email.
We may remove content, or end the agreement, if they are.
Content and accuracy
- We write the words on your site from the information you give us, and we design around the photos and logo you provide.
- You are responsible for checking that what the site says about your business is accurate, that any prices, qualifications or licences shown are current, and that your industry’s advertising rules are met. This also applies to the photos and images you supply or approve.
- If a claim is made against us because of content you supplied or approved, you agree to cover our reasonable costs.
Third-party services
Some of what we set up for you runs on services provided by other companies:
- domain registrars;
- hosting and email providers, including Microsoft;
- Google, for your Business Profile and Maps listing;
- Meta, for Facebook and Instagram.
Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or account decisions. We will do what we reasonably can to help resolve a problem.
No guarantee of results
- Search engines and social platforms decide what they display.
- We use proven methods, we set things up properly, and we report honestly on the results.
- We cannot guarantee a particular ranking, a number of leads or a level of sales.
Payment
- Method: by card through Stripe at sign-up, renewing automatically on the same card. Some clients pay by direct debit through GoCardless or by invoice through Xero, where we have agreed to that.
- Invoices are payable on the date shown.
- If a card payment fails, we retry it and email you so that you can update your card.
- If a payment is more than 14 days late, we may pause work and suspend the services, including your website, after notifying you in writing. Fees continue to apply during a suspension. Once the overdue amount is paid, we restore the services within one business day.
- Collection costs: we may recover the reasonable costs of collecting an overdue amount.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
- Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
- Where we are permitted to limit our liability, we limit it to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again.
- Apart from those guarantees, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business.
- Our total liability to you for anything arising out of these terms is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as:
- an outage at a hosting, domain, email or platform provider;
- an internet or power failure;
- a natural event;
- a change in the law.
We will tell you what is happening and do what we reasonably can to work around it.
Termination by us
- For our own reasons, not because of anything you have done: we give you 30 days notice in writing, refund any period you have paid for and not received, and hand over the website at no charge.
- If you do not pay: your plan ends immediately after the late payment steps above. The steps under What happens after your plan ends apply.
- If you ask us to do something unlawful, or the relationship has broken down: your plan ends immediately. The steps under What happens after your plan ends apply.
Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms.
- If a change affects you in a material way, we notify you at least 30 days beforehand, and you may cancel before it takes effect if you do not accept it.
- The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.
Resolving problems
- Contact us first. Email [email protected] or call 1300 800 358 and explain what has gone wrong.
- We work with you to resolve it within 14 days.
- If we cannot agree, either of us may take the matter further under the governing law below.
General
- Notices. Anything either of us needs to say in writing may be sent by email, to [email protected] for us and to the email address on your account for you.
- If the business changes hands. We may transfer this agreement to a business that acquires or takes over Crsp Digital. Your plan, your price and these terms carry across unchanged, and we will notify you if it happens.
- If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
- Entire agreement. These terms, together with the pricing page as published when you signed up and anything we have agreed with you in writing, form the whole agreement between us for your plan.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction.
