Get Online is a one-page website and everything behind it: your domain, hosting, security, backups and unlimited changes. It’s for businesses that need a proper website and want someone else to keep it running.

Get Found is a full website of up to ten pages, plus everything customers use to find you: a business email on your own domain, your Google listing and Maps, and your Facebook and Instagram profiles, all set up and kept current. The extra $100 a month buys a bigger site and the whole online presence around it. Most businesses choose Get Found.

By card, at a secure checkout, when you sign up. Monthly plans are charged on the same date each month. Yearly plans are paid once, at a discount, and again a year later.

You get a tax invoice by email every time. Nothing to set up, nothing to remember.

No. Prices are in Australian dollars and don’t include GST. It’s added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice. If you’re registered for GST, you claim it back as normal.

No. On a monthly plan you can leave whenever you like. Send us a message and we sort the rest. Nothing more is charged, and your site stays live to the end of the month you’ve paid for.

One thing to know on Get Found: the email, Google and social setup is done at no upfront charge, so if you leave that plan within the first 6 months a $499 handover fee applies before those accounts are handed over.

The yearly plan is paid upfront at a discount. You can still cancel at any time, but it runs to the end of the year you’ve paid for and the remaining months aren’t refunded. The full detail is in our terms and conditions.

Your domain is registered in your name and is yours, always. If you leave, it goes with you and we help you move it. Your logo, photos and words are yours too.

The website itself is built and hosted by us, and stays live while you’re on a plan. That’s what keeps the price low. If you ever want to take the site with you, you can buy it outright for $999 and we hand everything over.

No setup fee, no design fee, no hidden extras. Your first month is your first payment, and it covers the build, the domain, the hosting and the looking after.

The only other charge is a $499 handover fee if you leave Get Found within its first 6 months, which covers the email, Google and social setup already done. Beyond that, the only things outside the plan are add-ons you choose, which are clear monthly amounts, and ad spend if you run ads. That goes to Google or Meta directly, and we agree the budget with you first.

Your site stays live to the end of the month you’ve paid for, then comes down. Your domain is still yours, and we’ll point it wherever you like. Your logo, photos and words are yours to keep.

If you come back later, we can usually put the site straight back up. A quiet patch doesn’t mean starting again.
