Yes. Google Calendar, Microsoft Bookings, Calendly and the like link straight into the site, so a new client picks a time for a first chat without ringing and without you emailing back and forth. If you would rather take enquiries by form, that works too and lands in your inbox with the details you ask for.

Yes. We link to the client portal you already use, so existing clients can get to it from your site. We do not build the portal itself. The site's job is to bring new clients to the door and explain what you do in plain English; the software you already use does the rest.

Get Found includes one business mailbox on your own domain, on your phone and your laptop. Extra mailboxes for staff are an add-on, priced per mailbox, and we set them up the same way. If you already have email on your domain with someone else, we can move it across or leave it where it is, whichever you prefer.

We claim your Google Business Profile in your business name, verify it, and fill in the parts most practices leave blank: services, hours, service areas, photos and the link to your site. Then we keep it current and help you ask happy customers for reviews. Where you appear on Maps is Google's call and depends on your reviews, your location and your competition, so we never promise a position. What we do promise is that everything Google looks at is filled in and kept up to date.

Each service gets a page in plain English: what it is, who it is for and what happens next. A sole trader looking for their first tax return should understand the page in one read, without the jargon. We write it from a short chat with you, you check every word, and we change anything you like before it goes live.

A short chat about what you do, where you work and what you want more of. Your logo if you have one, and any photos you are happy to use. That is it. We write every word, design the pages, set up the listing and the email, and send it to you to check. You read it, tell us what to change, and it goes live. The 7 business days start the day we have those basics, and if we miss it your first month is free.

That is the point of it. Once you are live, nothing lands on your plate. New hours, a new service, a photo from a job, a price change: text it to us and we make the change. Updates, backups and security checks happen every month without you knowing. If something breaks, we fix it before you would have noticed. You do not log in to anything and there is nothing to learn.
